Thank you for visiting and shopping at Cartora LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

Because many of our products are meticulously handcrafted, all orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier issues outside of our control.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available in your region).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Cartora LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Cartora LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to locate it.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Please verify your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
